As a general rule of thumb, we do not accept refunds for purchases which were done without any issues. However, we may consider refunds for specific purchases after we review and confirm the user’s purchase history, such as whether purchased items were used.
In order for us to review your refund request, please send our support team the relevant information which includes:
- Google Account
- Google Order Number
